Eric C. Hopkins, 20, of Marine City, entered into Eternal Life on Saturday, June 23, 2012. He was born in Port Huron on February 19, 1992, a son to Mike and Tina (Biscorner) Hopkins.
Eric was employed by Fagerdala-Paclite until they closed and then worked for Selective Industries. He was a graduate of Marine City High School and enjoyed fishing, hunting, hockey, gymnastics, racing four wheelers, snowmobiling, BMX racing, skateboarding and hanging with friends and family.
Surviving are his parents, Tina and Mike; grandfather, Tom Hopkins; brother, Michael; sister, Nikki; aunts and uncles, Laurie Zimmerman, Tom and Nancy Hopkins, Kevin and Tera Hopkins, Dave Biscorner, Kenny Biscorner and Jenny Schwartz, and many cousins and friends. Eric was preceded in death by grandparents, Russell and Joyce Biscorner and Bev Hopkins.
Services will be in Bower-Rose Funeral Home, Marine City, on Thursday at 11 A.M. with Rev. Bill Whetstone and Rev. Ray Voigt III officiating.
Eric’s family will welcome visitors in the funeral home on Wednesday 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. and Thursday 10-11 A.M.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made directly to the family.
